The DeLay witch hunt has moved to the indictment phase. DeLay has of course temporarily stepped down from his leadership position. (It’s the right thing to do)
Michelle Malkin is all over it and will probably have the best coverage on the net.
DeLay Indicted in Campaign Finance Probe
A Texas grand jury today indicted Rep. Tom DeLay (R-Tex.) on a criminal count of conspiring with two political associates to violate state campaign finance law, and DeLay announced he would temporarily step down as House majority leader.
Local twist
On a local note, to bad Mavin Pratt, Milwaukee’s corrupt county board chairman, doesn’t have the class to step down while his 90+ ethics charges are being investigated, but a little class would be to much to ask from a man taking money from “anti-poverty” agencies.

It’s Lee Holloway, not Marvin Pratt, that is the corrupt county board chairman. Marvin Pratt was the corrupt temporary mayor. Sheesh, get your weasels straight!
