I don’t have time to post it now, but Alderman Michael McGee actually played Dan & Nicole’s parody song about him, on WNOV. Check back this evening and I will have details.

I’m with you Dan….now we just need to get 527 status for “principalitiesofdarkness.org”, then in the ultimate Conservative coup, get Soros and moveon.org to contribute! It will be easy. We’ll just tell them we believe that Bush’s energy plan will lead to blackened skies filled with pollution, hence the name or our new group. I’ve gone off the subject, sorry.
A parody website playing to all of McGee’s paranoia would be hilarious.

[...] To bring you up to speed on the latest McGee antics, yesterday “The Alderman” played the parody song made by WISN’s Early Spin radio show (That link as the audio of the song and listener response). Today, they discovered a little about the origins of the song in an email that has been going around, and was forwarded to McGee. On that email, the phone numbers of The Early Spin’s producer and Leon Todd (Todd was the man McGee Jr. said “should be hung for his betrayal“). So, McGee, being the man that he is, put out the phone numbers of these men and encouraged listeners to call them. I haven’t heard from Mr. Todd, but Keith Conrad is still getting calls, many are threatening and of course profane. Keith has posted several of the voice mails that he has received. [...]
