The British are learning the hard way that all of those “unviable tissue masses” gasp for breath as doctors watch and do nothing… Sometimes for hours.
Here are some quotes from “Scores of babies left to die after NHS abortions that go wrong.”
Botched abortions mean that scores of babies are being born alive and left to die, an official report has revealed.
A total of 66 infants survived NHS termination attempts in one year alone, it emerged.
Rather than dying at birth as was intended, they were able to breathe unaided. About half were alive for an hour, while one survived ten hours.
No data exists on aborted babies who survive into childhood and beyond but in rare cases this is known to have happened.
Experts last night revealed that the sheer number of abortion survivors means new guidance for doctors will be drawn up, telling them how to cope.
CEMACH chief executive Richard Congdon said lethal injection had not been given in the 16 abortions over 22 weeks’ gestation because death was “inevitable”.
The 16 survived between one minute and four-and-a-half hours – half lived for just over an hour.
The remaining 50 were under 22 weeks’ gestation and half survived for longer than 55 minutes, with one breathing unaided for ten hours.
A baby born alive after a botched abortion at 21 weeks is among the worst cases reported in the UK.
The little girl, who had Down’s Syndrome, lived for three hours after being delivered.
Her parents claim they were “coerced” into a termination by staff at Macclesfield District General Hospital.
They were later told that their baby had not “really” been alive, even though she was clearly breathing.
Soon after birth, however, both parents saw it gasping for air.
I am nauseous after reading this… Babies that are gasping for air for hours while ghouls with an MD watch them suffer… But it’s a choice, not a child, right?
I blame An Ol’ Broad for ruining my appetite.

They could always just strangle them, like this guy did.

I don’t know what to say this is very distressing Christina that story made me cry for that baby how can humans do this sort of thing. There is no hope for us I fear.

Let us remember that Senator Russ Feingold once said that if during an abortion the baby was accidentally delivered alive, the decision to commit infanticide should be between the mother and her doctor.

I wonder how Democrat politicians like Feingold would react to a legal ruling making them eligible for post-natal abortions in any fashion imaginable?
I’m sure Feingold and Teddy Kennedy would love to have a partial birth abortion applied to them. Sarcasm off.

It is disgusting. And people don’t think stories of child abuse and infant murder are directly tied to the abortion culture?
Give me a break.
You start to devalue life at its earliest stages and you open wide the door to devalue life at *any* stage.
These children are no longer suffering, but in the loving embrace of our Heavenly Father, who will have more than a few sharp words for the monsters who advocate and support this wholesale murder.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD=OXYMORON.
I refer to Planned Parenthood as THE DEATH HUT.

Mickey:
I call Planned Parenthood either “Banned Parenthood” or “Planned Barrenhood” – but the Death Hut works, too.

Amy and Mickey, I call it planned and premeditated murder. Abortion is the religious sacrament of the Left and many anti-religious people.

Abortion, abortionists, and those who participate in the sacrifice of the innocent, worship at the alter of Satan, and will be seen for who they are on Judgement Day. We are not able to punish these monsters in the manner this crime deserves, but they WILL be punished none the less.

The original story and the attached story are both heartbreaking. I delivered my daughter in April 1977. She is the same age as the baby that was strangled. My grandson is due in mid May. I can not imagine if he were born tonight (at 26 weeks), that he would just be considered “disposable”, by some…

I don’t find any position on abortion comfortable. I’m becoming less and less comfortable with my former position on capital punishment as re-examination of old evidence by new technology proves cases of wrongful conviction.
What I never have understood is those who support abortion and abhor capital punishment. That seems to take in a fair number of libs, but it’s just way too schizo for me to understand.
