Not to question his patriotism or anything, but I will question the patriotism of his supporters…
At a Democratic caucus in Seattle Washington, they had some time to kill at one point. Someone suggested saying the Pledge of Allegiance and it was received by groans and boos, and when the District Chair brought it up for a vote, it was overwhelmingly voted and shouted down.
Oh, Those 43rd District Democrats
There was some time to kill as multiple tallies of the delegates and alternates were done, and when the time-killer of taking audience questions had run its course and the idea of teling jokes had been nixed, someone suggested doing the Pledge of Allegiance to pass the time. (Are you listening, right-wing bloggers? This is going to get good.)At the mere mention of doing the pledge there were groans and boos. Then, when the district chair put the idea of doing the Pledge of Allegiance up to a vote, it was overwhelmingly voted down. One might more accurately say the idea of pledging allegiance to the flag (of which there was only one in the room, by the way, on some delegate’s hat) was shouted down.
By the way, Obama is out once again saying, I do love America…. Honest… No, really I do… Even my wife loves this country… these days.
You go Che Barack.

If you feel a “need” to announce how much you love America at every campaign stop,
Then. You. Don’t.
Actions speak louder than words. (including those by people involved in your campaign)

I liked Obama’s lefty logic.
Taking a American flag lapel pin OFF is Patriotic.
Leaving it on isn’t. Then he gives the speech that gave Chris Matthews a hard on, standing in front of 8 OLD GLORY’S.
I wonder if Jeremiah “the bull frog” Wright gave him “flag” advice.

Do you know those ads about who you want answering the phone in the White House at 3 a.m.? Well, that flashed immediately to mind when I seen this picture posted at our favorite Ol’ Broads place.
You want the guy that can’t talk on a phone properly, to answer that phone?
Can you hear me now?

And who’s the guy under the table?

Dang! I didn’t even notice the character under the desk. If it was female, I’d say maybe Monica, but….

Yes Patrick, I see the clock in the background.
This man cannot be stopped. He’s ready for action 24/7. But a speaker phone might come in handy.

There is no way this picture is real. None.

Bruce, I believe that the Obama pic is fake, but the Bush pic is real.
After-all President Bush is real real dumb and Obama is real real smart.
Right>?

Half right anyway, though there may be some disagreement over which half.

Today it’s being reported on Fox News that Obama was speaking to supporters out in San Francisco and made some comments about small town midwest Americans, specifically mentioning Pennsylvannia, in which he supposedly talked about frustrations resulting in people clinging to gun issues; illegal immigration issues; etc. So Hillary seizes upon that to call Obama’s statements elitist and an attack on the average Joe in America.
As I was listening to this it brought to mind something controversial that Hillary said quite awhile ago. It had something to do with “staying at home and baking cookies” implying that she was beyond that. Looks like this may turn out to be another “flying in under sniper fire” moment for Hillary if Obama’s camp or maybe Rush can find that soundbite and exploit it.
