It has been expected by many that Milwaukee Archbishop Timothy Dolan would not be in Milwaukee for the rest of his career. When Dolan came to Milwaukee, it was to clean up the mess left by Archbishop Rembert Weakland, but it was expected that he would be on to bigger and better things, and now he is being spoken of as the top candidate to become the next Archbishop of New York.
