The next shoe to drop in Wisconsin’s budget fiasco with it’s $1.9 Billion structural deficit is the Legislative Fiscal Bureau announcement that Doyle’s “no tax hike” budget will raise $368 million in new taxes and fees! Why is this not a big story? The Milwaukee paper, as usual, has buried it on page 3.
