This weekend marks the 9th anniversary of a day that still seems so fresh in my memory. I will be commemorating the day with a few thousand of my friends at the Racine Town Hall & Tribute. I hope to see lots of you there, and don’t forget to bring your donation for Operation Care Package.
Now let your Weekend Open Line, begin.

To burn or not to burn - every day somewhere in the muslim world its burn the Stars and Stripes day for almost innumerable and trivial reasons. Then there’s the Mohammed cartoon rage, the film rage, the pope rage, the beauty pagent rage, the never ending Israel rage, it just never ends. The bottom line is that its just anti-us (and US) rage and there’s no accomodating it - ultimately its either surrender or stamp it out. Never mind all to aid to muslims this country has provided over the last 50 years - Kuwait, Kosovo, Indonesia, there’s actually a significant list - but in the final analysis it will be a war with islam - there’s a billion of them and that’s what they want.

JournalSentinal, on behalf of Gina Barton, is suing the Milwaukee Police Department because they feel the MPD works for them.

They apparently think the MPD should spend its resources for attack stories instead of attacking crime. Will the lawsuit help or hurt the fight against crime, fear, an disorder?

Since when has Journal Sentinel been against excessive fees?
