RINO AlertI am so mad right now I can’t talk! It looks like the half dozen cowards that call themselves Republicans have totally caved and undermined the U.S. Constitution and cut a deal that refuses to give at least two very qualified people with the support of the majority of the Senate, a vote to confirm them to become Federal Judges.

These cowards MUST be defeated in their next primary!

Lincoln Chafee (Rhode Island)
Susan Collins (Maine)
Mike DeWine (Ohio)
Lindsey Graham (South Carolina)
John McCain (Arizona)
John Warner (Virginia)
Olympia Snowe (Maine)

Under the agreement, Democrats would pledge not to filibuster any of Bush’s future appeals court or Supreme Court nominees except in “extraordinary circumstances.”

Anyone to the right of Ruth Bater Ginsberg will suddenly become an “extraordinary circumstance” and it’s all because of a few Republicans that stabbed their voters, their President and the United States Constitution dead in the back!

I’m so friggen mad right now I can’t think straight! Advise and Consent… A Simple Majority, that’s all the Constitution calls for, this filibuster BS is NOT in the Constitution. The Founding Fathers specified the few times that more than a majority was needed, this clearly is NOT ONE OF THOSE CASES!

Does the United States Constitution mean nothing at all to these friggen cowards? The Republicans were given a great honor by the American people, they have been given the chance to govern this great nation…So Why Won’t You Govern?

Majority rule means nothing at all with cowards like these are entrusted with this power!

  • Check Michelle Malkin‘s blog for the Republican Buckle picture. She will have a lot of great coverage as always.
  • James Madison must be spinning in his grave tonight!
  • The only way a republican government can function, and the only way a people’s voice can be expressed to effect a practicable control of government, is through a process in which decisions are made by the majority. This is not a perfect way of controlling government, but the alternatives–decisions made by a minority, or by one person–are even worse and are the source of great evil. To be just, majority decisions must be in the best interest of all the people, not just one faction.

  • “The fundamental principle of [a common government of associated States] is that the will of the majority is to prevail.”
