Frost in the middle of August, just for AlGore.

The National Weather Service says areas of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin could see patchy frost this weekend. That’s right, patchy frost in August.

Frost in August is not uncommon on the range. It doesn’t happen every year but it does happen. My uncle used to swear that he had snow on the forth of July.

3 years ago we spent the 4th up there and wore winter coats all day.

Interesting. We’re suffering a little chill ourselves down here in Podunk. High of 72? In August? Hmmm….

Remember your general eco-liberal rule of thumb:

    1. If it\’s too hot…global warming.
    2. If it\’s too cold…global warming.
    3. If it\’s a flood…global warming.
    4. If it\’s a drought…global warming.
    5. Hurricanes (too many or too few)…global warming.
    6. Ice caps growing…global warming.
    7. Ice caps melting…global warming.
    8. No polar bears…global warming.
    9. Too many polar bears…global warming.

And last, but certainly not least…

    10. Who is to blame? George W. Bush.
