The Federal grand jury has issued 9 indictments against Michael McGee Jr. These include 3 counts of extortion, each count carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. 5 counts of bribery, each with a 10 year maximum, and one charge of illegally wiring $15,000 out of state, which has a 5 year maximum.

Alderman Michael McGee’s Criminal Complaint has been released today. It offers up a lot of really interesting reading from the wire taps.
Also, McGee’s bail was lowered to $50,000 this afternoon.

Should be some new information, or as some commenter’s here think, all charges will be dropped (LMAO) against Alderthug Michael McGee/Jackson McJr. on Friday morning. Maybe his attorney will stop trying to keep the charges a secret from the public.
