Because of the way WordPress deals with list tags, I had to put this information on a page and embed it in an iframe, but this information is well worth the hassle.

It looks like the 6th District will have several choices in the upcoming recall election of Michael McJackson.

McGee could face large recall field

The field of candidates in the recall election against Milwaukee Ald. Michael McGee is growing. If everyone who already is circulating nomination papers makes the ballot, there would be at least six candidates in the Feb. 20 primary.

The new names, according to the city Election Commission office: Jearlean Bradley-Hootsell, David D. King and Josephine Morris. Recall organizer ViAnna Jordan is also planning to run, as is Una Van Duvall, a former city worker. McGee’s name will automatically be placed on the ballot.

I guess not “everyone” wants McGee as their alderman…

Just an FYI, I finally dumped my old cell phone, the one that had such wonderful reception that it didn’t work of I was more than 20 feet from a tower or in a building (like when I was at home!).
