Charlie Sykes says, A DEMOCRAT VOTES NO

“I recognize that there is a great push to pass a State Budget as soon as possible. However, I believe that our highest priority right now must be to protect the future economic climate of our state by not raising taxes. I voted “NO” because this proposal had too much spending, too much borrowing and tax increases that are totally unnecessary. Until we can pass a budget proposal that does not raise taxes, last year’s budget amounts will be sufficient for our needs.”
-Rep. Bob Ziegelbauer (D-Manitowoc)

J. B. Van Hollen is WRONG!

Monday, October 15th, 2007

Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen is telling people in Crandon to not speak to the press, and announced that there will be no further comment from Forest County. Who does he think he is, and what is he trying, in his ham-handed way, to cover up? If it is not that he is covering anything up, he sure is feeding the people that think there is more to this story than he has released.

FOX 6’s Ted Perry called into Charlie Sykes’ radio show and talked about how unusual the Justice Departments actions are. He also reminded us of Van Hollen’s last blunder, when he knuckled under to Annie Laurie Gaylor and her little god hating group, and would not allow a prayer for murder victims.

Perhaps Van Hollen needs to look back to the days of A.G. Peg Lautenschlager and see how much better she handled the case of the Hmong hunter that shot a bunch of deer hunters. (I can’t believe that I am looking back to Lautenschlager as the good ol’ days)

Van Hollen is at best, handling this incompetently, and at worst, trying to cover something up… Which is it JB?

Over the weekend, Associated Press was kind enough to step away from more pressing news for a moment in order to announce the canonization of Al Gore.

What important FACT is never mentioned in this piece?
