    Yes, and with Illinois on the verge of passing a concealed carry law, that would leave Wisconsin as the only state in America that does not allow it’s citizens the right to defend themselves.

    Oh wait, did I call us citizens? I meant subjects.

    I’ll say she got it right. “They” will never take my guns. I don’t care what law they come up with. I always buy via private seller so there is little or no record. “They” can’t come to take away what “They” don’t know you have.

    I wrote a persuasive essay in college about CCW and included Susan’s well known ordeal. My uber liberal teacher gave me an A and said part of the reason was that I actually convinced him CCW should be legal in WI even though he was strongly against it prior to my seeing my essay. Once IL passes CCW, perhaps even our ass-hat governor will realize CCW should be legalized here too. Probably not though, Doyle’s too much of an elitist a-hole to do what a majority of the people want.

    Andy liberals engage in group think. They are collectivists. They need to be. Without the unions, gays couldn’t get anything done. Without the Eco-nut-roots, the Unions couldn’t win. Without the Abortion lovers, the Eco-nuts couldn’t get anything accomplished. Without the Trial lawyers the Abortion nuts couldn’t win. Without the RACE CRY BABIES, the Trial Lawyers couldn’t get their way. Without the OBESE PIG EDUCRAT culture, RACE BAITERS couldn’t win. Without indoctrinating our children, the Edu-pigs couldn’t survive.
    If one of these co-dependant groups doesn’t like something, the rest follow like sheep.
    It’s not about right or wrong nor logic. It’s about COLLECTIVE POWER.

    I was connected to the shooting in the Luby’s in Kileen by living near there at the time, and by knowing a police officer who was involved in the aftermath.

    How someone can deny people their right to defend themselves is more a matter of fear and politics. We all know which side of the political aisle is full of fear. We need to wake them up.

    p.s. Enjoying Rome this week. The Coliseum has been the highlight. It’s estimated that 700,000 souls were killed for the entertainment of the ruling class. They finally killed off all their constituents. Roma, pop. 1,000,000 to 20,000.

    Is our ruling class looking out for us? History does have a way of repeating itself.

    Next week, Prague. So sorry to spend my hard earned money on myself Herr Obama, not…

    p.s. An Afghan refugee served our dinner tonight and we spoke. He is sad for his country, happy that the USA and other countries who are helping, and he holds no animosity towards George W. Bush…

    Terry, I’m jealous. Rome is incredible.
    As for the 700,000 souls killed at the Coliseum for the entertainment of the ruling class.
    The Centers for Disease Control reports that the U.S.A had 839,226 legal abortions in 2004!!
    Most Americans don’t know this.
