Owen from Boots & Sabers filed an open records request to see the “undeliverable” Milwaukee voter registration cards, he was eventually turned down, it seems that Greg Borowski has been stymied as well. Lisa Artison and the courthouse crowd refused him too, blaming the ongoing investigation.
