Good ‘ol Chris Liebenthal, known to the Wisconsin blogosphere as the prolific “capper,” has once again confirmed where the true hatred is in American politics. How hate filled do you have to be to mock a child with Down Syndrome, then attack and blame the child’s parent, just because he disagrees with her politics?

What makes this all the more surprising, well, surprising isn’t the right word, insidious maybe? Is that this man is a Milwaukee County social worker, a man that works with people with special needs, someone you would expect, and hope would have compassion for people that need his help. Now parents with special needs children that have to work with him are going to wonder if he is mocking and blaming them behind their back when they leave his office seeking his help.

Liebenthal is also a leader in a local public employee union, and I’ll bet that there are county employees with children with special needs like Down Syndrome. Does this man speak for you?

PURE LIBERAL HATE

  1. stalker3 Says:

Too many on the left, when they see something they don’t like from an employee of any type, fake offense and demand that the person resign or be fired.

This “man” is definately worthy of a pink slip.

  2. Paul Says:

I find it interesting is that those who mock Palin the most are usually obese, ugly and spiteful. They bash the pretty girl, mock her faith, rip her family, and tear her down any way they can. It’s as if it’s open season on the cheerleaders at the high school again.

(Moderated due to threat of violence.)

    Paul:

It has nothing to do with physical appearance. I don’t care if he looks like Jabba the Hutt or a Greek god.

Anyone who uses criticism of a disabled child to gain political points or feel morally superior to Sarah Palin. Moreover, the message in his comments was clear:

Sarah Palin (and any woman who gets pregnant over the age of 40) should have an abortion, lest she give birth to a child who is less than perfect.

  4. Paul Says:

I apologize if my last post may have been miscontrued…should have referred to beaten as defeated, not thug violence.

  5. HeatherRadish Says:

Hey, I’m ugly, obese, and spiteful, and I like Sarah Palin just fine. She’s an excellent role model for women who don’t have rich/powerful fathers or husbands to catapult them into success (yeah, that’s a dig on Pelosi, Clinton, etc). I’m wicked jealous she has a beautiful family and I never had a chance, but I’m self-aware enough to realize that’s a problem with me, not her.

There’s something damaged in the psyche or the souls of the people who hate her because she had Trig/has a supportive husband/is attractive/etc, but I can’t quite pin it down. It’s not just their appearance, though.

And expecting a public social worker to not deride special-needs people in their spare time just seems so basic it shouldn’t need to be mentioned. Is there an ombudsman or an oversight committee?

  6. PCD Says:

I think Crapper ought to be pilloried and any special needs parent be given rotten fruit and rotten vegetables to “shower” Crapper with.

  7. Glenn D. Frankovis Says:

I don’t watch the actors reading the news on the local msm television stations anymore. Anybody know if this “Milwaukee County social worker” has been the subject of a news story. Seems like a “Milwaukee County social worker” writing trash like this in his blog would attract attention of some aspiring television actor looking for the bigtime on CNN or MSNBC. (Yeah, right. I know the answer to my own question.)

  8. dad29 Says:

When you get right down to it, Capper (and the Left in general) are worshipping “the Perfect Society”, and will brook no opposition, or ‘imperfect’ members thereof, now or in the future.

Since that perfect society doesn’t yet exist, they will legislate it into being, (because all laws work perfectly, you know.)

Sad part is that they don’t recognize that the Left eats its own children-figuratively-and that he’s likely to be a victim.

He’s not ‘perfect,’ either, you see.

  9. Bruce Says:

Glenn: Why would they ever go after someone who represents everything that they agree with, no matter how unsavory the messenger?

Heather: The left hates Palin, and her husband, and you, and me, because in spite of our human weaknesses and inherent flaws, we’re enjoying our lives. They observe Palin, riding her ATV, or her “snow machine,” and detest her because she has hobbies that don’t involve crying for more taxpayer money or holding a picket sign.

Palin’s life, and your life, and my life, will be exactly the same without their hollow laudation. A person’s true beauty lies within.

  10. gus Says:

Bruce, Belling was talking about Liberals and the incongruity of their motives. Liberals HATE Palin, because she represents LOUDLY those PRINCIPLES that LIBERALS could never live up to.
Liberals are generally MISFITS and become Contrarians as a result. I’ve got one in my family.
Generally liberals feel insecure and “put upon”.
Their inability to fit in or to meld with “normal” society and socieities values and mores, make them REBEL as an immature reflex.
Sarah Palin has CLEARLY DEFINED, FINITE VALUES AND PRINCIPLES. Furthermore Palin’s values fly in the face of LIBERALS, “if it feels good, DO IT”. She makes LIBERALS CONFRONT THEMSELVES.
Liberals HATE Palin and seek to discredit her at ANY COST. Unfortunately, Palin LIVES UP TO, the MORALS that she portrays and espouses.
In the BIZARRO LIB world, GOOD is BAD.
Then there is a utter filth bag loser…CRAPPER.

  11. Paul Says:

Filth bag loser Capper is triple redundant.

  12. corbin Says:

    Seriously gus,

I have no idea why republicans are getting a hard on over palin.. she’s unelectable.

She has a spotty record.. really hasn’t done much. Highway to nowhere, 2 sanctuary cities….

tell me what the hell she’s done other than gaining some sort of national attention cause her daughter got knocked up.

  13. corbin Says:

There is a reason neocons are screaming “McCain/Palin” or “Palin/McCain” in 2012.

    both simply are doorstops.

  14. Paul Says:

Agree, Corbin. I consistently hear libs pine for a Republican party of the 60s and 70s, long before the Reagan Revolution.

Why not? Then, they had large majorities in both houses, and what did we have? Nelson Rockefeller having a heart attack at his love shack.

  15. corbin Says:

    A kindred spirit… refreshing.

  16. A Nonymouse Says:

I don’t know Chris Liebenthal. He first came to my attention with his mocking and derisive and unprovoked attacks on Jessica McBride. I concluded he was no gentleman. I haven’t commented in this blog for weeks because I didn’t want to be on the same page (sorry) with all the equally base personal attacks that fill these pages. Politics has always been conducted with these kinds of messages, and maybe its my age, but I think Liebenthal’s attacks on McBride and Palin are, as I said, the mark of no gentleman, and probably generated by the kinds of insecurities that cause our TVs to be inundated with ads for ED. And that’s as personal as I usually get.

  17. gus Says:

Yes Corbin, I completely agree. Obama has a spotty (PRESENT!!!) record, he made his mentor Frank Marshall Davis. He is a classic case of Affirmative Action, and he has no values that Americans heretofore found laudible. He supported the factual infanticde as it exists/existed in Illinois. His friends and benefactors include Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Tony Rezko, Michael Pfleger, and Jeremiah Wright.
    Completely unelectable.

    Right?
Comparing Sarah Palin, Palin’s personal and professional accomplishments, Palin’s patriotism, Palin’s families sacrifices for this country, Palin’s honesty, honor and integrity and her executive experience and willingness to make tough decisions makes Obama look about as fu@#ed up as Crapper Liebenthal.
    Get a clue.

  18. PCD Says:

Corbin, your facts about Palin and what she’s responsible for are skewed. At least you didn’t ascribe that Tina Fey SNL line to her, otherwise, when you talk about Palin, I move you to the RINO side.

  19. Glenn D. Frankovis Says:

I liked Sarah from the first moment she stepped on stage as McCain’s running mate. She brought life to the “Weekend at Bernie’s” candidacy of McCain. She’s a fighter and, from what I’ve learned, she’s always been a fighter. She’s earned my respect. Will she be the best Conservative candidate for 2012? I don’t know, but if she becomes THE candidate to oppose Hillary (remember, I believe Hillary will run in a primary against Barack Hussein Obama mmm mmm mmm, and will defeat him in the primary) I will do everything I can to support her election. Unlike those who gave us Obama mmm mmm mmm because they “couldn’t stand to vote for McCain”, I will be voting against the Democrat Party in order to take my country back from the Marxists.
