The Liberal pollster Public Policy Polling, ran a poll for the uber-liberal Daily Kos, and they show something that’s not going to sit well with Rusty.
The poll shows that Republican Ron Johnson ahead 52-41 over Russ Feingold, with only 7% undecided. (poll details)
The poll also shows Scott Walker up 50-41 over Liberal Tom Barrett. (poll details)

In his speech, Wall urged opponents who wanted to criticize him for not paying taxes like the little people of Wisconsin to “bring it on.” I guess his GOP critics were the first ones out of the gate to do so. Well done, GOP. Well done. As for the rest of the state, they can start asking the main question of Johnson: Who are you? Prediction: Feingold by 10 points.

One caution: the pol grabbed 5% more Repubs than Dems.
By looking at the results and the demos, I’d say these races will all be decided by turn out of the party loyalists and independents. The GOP has a definite edge in that this year.
What’s odd is the labeled results. “Moderates” swing democrat but “Independents” swing GOP. That is puzzling, since they are essentially the same thing.

Just a note of clarification vis a vis Rust Findgold’s career outside of politics.
Rust left COLLEGE in May of 79. And it wasn’t until 3 and a half years later that he became a career politician. He was not a politician for 3 and a half years. He has been a politician for 28 years come January. And in January, his career as a POLITICIAN will end. But not his GRASP OF THE TAXPAYER TEET. Rust Findgold will collect pensions from both WISCONSIN and the FEDERAL GOVT. until death do he part. Which was a vow he has broken twice thus far.
If RUST FINDGOLD is NOT a career politician. Who is?
TOM BARRETT? Tommy Choo Choo, left College in May 1980, he ran for office in 82 and lost. In 84 he won an assembly seat.
TOMMY CHOO CHOO has been a PAID FOR politician since 1984. That is only 27 YEARS.
In that time, just like RUST FINDGOLD. Mr Choo choo, has accomplished NOTHING. ZERO.
Both Tommy the Tank Engine and Rust Findgold are LAWYERS.

Insight check: During Russ Feingold’s tenure as one of Wisconsin’s U.S. Senators, how many times has he gone through a divorce?
How many women has he dated? How many of them were celebrities and/or Progressive activists?
What are Feingold’s (now grown) children up to? Are they attorneys? Do they work for firms enslaved to and/or beholden to the Democrat party?
Surprised you’ve never read the answers to these questions in your “paper,” nor seen the details on your 6 O’clock news? Thank your lame-ass, in-the-tank, useless Wisconsin media.
And Senator Kohl? Wow, don’t get me started. Like Feingold, his personal life is only off-limits because he’s got the right letter (“D”) after his name.

Herb Kohl has never been married, but in fairness, Mr Kohl is only 75 years old. And again in fairness, Mr Kohl has never been divorced either,
Let’s stop the POLITICS OF PERSONAL DESTRUCTION and FOCUS on Ron Johnson’s BP STOCK HOLDINGS.
Bruce, what has become comical, is the MFM’s inability and unwillingness to TRY to be FAIR or NEUTRAL. KNOWING that you and all of your colleagues are all LIBOCRITS, wouldn’t your conscience tell you to set those biases aside, at least as best as possible? Some folks in the Johnson camp are suggesting that Russ’s newest ad, “Garage Door,” which MjM refers to ^^ above, was actually green screened.
