OMG, Ron Johnson has done business with someone that supports his run for the US Senate? What a huge scandal… Ahh, yeah, right.

Dan Bice put out the days biggest yawner. He reports that a businessman that has done business with Ron Johnson, supports Johnson & the TEA Party movement… Yeah, he thinks that’s a story. Sorry Dan, it’s not.

How many businesses have done work with the city and donated to Doyle/Barrett? How about the Potawatomi tribe? Lawyers? C’mon Dan, you’ve got to do better than that.

  1. J. Rawson Schaller Says:

Hey, Bice: Did you ever hear the name Dennis Troha?

And because Doyle never returned Troha’s dirty money before signing $1Mil of his campaign fund over to the Greater Wisconsin Committee, the argument could be made that the anti-Scott Walker ads the group is running are at least partially funded with $200K of Troha’s money.

    Hypocrisy.

  2. MjM Says:

Mr. Bice seems not to understand how business is conducted.

When you find a vendor (or contractor) that is fair and does good work you stick with them and try to build a relationship that in the long term is mutually beneficial.

And when the supplier is crappy or the products he offers are crappy, you dump them first chance.

Something Mr. Barrett and his MPD should learn.

  3. Roland_Melnick Says:

Johnson’s company has done business with Ganther Construction for a long time. Mr. Ganther made campaign contributions to support Johnson and other Republicans.

    Why is this news?

Feingold and his supporters are really desperate.

  4. Roland_Melnick Says:

The comments section of Bice’s turd of a story are interesting. Some idiots in there want to continue the meme that Feingold is principled about elections, while seeing nothing wrong with him receiving money from big Hollywood types who have no connection to Wisconsin.

Aside from exposing the single digit IQs of some Feingold supporters, this Bice article is a total piece of crap.

How’s this grab you? The Russ Feingold (and others)/George Soros connection. Shocking, hey? http://spectator.org/archives/2010/10/19/the-senator-from-soros
