No surprise, but the Milwaukee District Attorneys office will not charge Michael McGee for the threats he made in court. The D.A. said that telling someone in a courtroom, “if you drive past my house, I will kill your ass” … “does not constitute a true threat.”
In an interesting twist, it seems that Kimly Rucker has “had the court order barring McGee from contacting her modified so it only prohibited him from injuring her through domestic abuse.” So it seems that McGee and his babies mother are patching things up… makes you wonder what Mrs. McGee thinks about that… Wait, if that marriage license says McGee, wouldn’t that be another falsified document since McGee isn’t his legal name?
On Friday, we will find out of the D.A.’s office will charge McGee for the perjury he committed under oath… Still not holding my breath.

Apparently McCann’s office never heard of an abused woman taking back her abuser even when she’s afraid of him. Doe that mean that his prior abuse wasn’t really abuse?

You may notice, there has NEVER been any outrage shown by any organization that supposedly stands up for battered women.
Here we have a married, powerful elected official that beats his pregnant girlfriend, and none of them have said a word. Shows you what their focus truly is… and it’s not about the women.
